Household items, Furniture, Agriculture, Medical Appliances, Horticulture, Irrigation, Packaging, Electronics and Electrical items, etc.

Plastic delivers many direct economic benefits and can contribute to resource efficiency. It reduces food waste by increasing shelf life, and its relative light weight reduces fuel consumption for transporting goods.

At present, India is importing plastic finished good worth Rs. 45,000 crores per annum. The industry is also exporting goods worth Rs. 40,000 crores per annum with just 1.5% of the global market share. Therefore, Indian plastic industry needs to become Atmanirbhar by focussing on import substitution. At the same time, the industry needs to tap the immense global opportunity by enhancing its export growth. To be able to achieve the same, Indian plastic industry needs to step up in to a phase of rapid development of plastic products (speed to market). The international conference is themed by "innovation and development”. Oriented by its high-end, information and international positioning, the conference aims to exchange latest technologies and ideas, new modes and new experience for the development of plastics industry so as to ultimately lead and push forward rapid development of plastics products via use of technologies in the areas of Design, Reverse Engineering and Additive manufacturing.
