AIPMA’s AMTEC was established in 2021 to bridge the growing skill gap in the plastics industry. With rapid advancements in automation, sustainability, and digital manufacturing, there was a strong need for an institution that could provide industry-focused training and hands-on experience.
In just a few years, AMTEC has grown exponentially, producing industry-ready professionals and shaping the future of the plastics sector. Our first cohort of 100+ graduates is already making an impact, and our goal is to train over 2,000 professionals annually.
