The All India Plastic Manufacturers' Association (AIPMA) is a Section 8, not-for-profit organization incorporated under the Companies Act and registered under CSR Registration No. CSR00055764
For over 80 years, AIPMA has been driving innovation, sustainability and skill development for India's manufacturing sector through education, technology and industry collaboration.
AMTEC is the Skilling arm of AIPMA, bridging the gap between academia and industry through practical, industry-oriented training. Students gain hands-on experience, globally relevant skills and placement assistance to prepare them for real-world career opportunities.

We partner with corporates to provide industry-oriented technical training and employment opportunities to underprivileged youth, women, students and job seekers.

Under the COVESTRO-EY-AIPMA CSR Initiative, AMTEC is proud to announce the successful training of over 100 students from financially weaker backgrounds in our top courses: NX CAD and 3D Printing Basic + Advanced. This initiative at AMTEC has made these students industry-ready, equipping them with essential technical skills.
In addition to hands-on training, we provided comprehensive soft-skills development, conducted mock interviews, and updated their CVs. These efforts culminated into successful job drives with esteemed companies such as SVP Packing India Pvt Ltd, Jay Precision, ARMS for Bajaj Auto, Varroc Polymers, and Mahindra and Japanese multinationals.
So far, we have placed 70+ students at a yearly package of INR 2,50,000. This CSR initiative changed the lives of 100 such families and has helped upskill and empower at least 745 students* till date. With their futures now secure and their families at a better financial footing, each student looks forward to a brighter future ahead. We have an inhouse placement officer. Future Courses:
In response to industry demand, we are launching recycling courses. Additionally, we are introducing an injection molding training course, generously supported by Mr. Ashok Kapoor of KAPSUN Resources.
We are thankful to Covestro for becoming our first CSR partner. AMTEC has justified their faith in us as certified by Ernst and Young. As per guidance from EY, we have fulfilled their requirements.
We are inviting CSR funds from Plastics Industry for the betterment of Plastic Industry, to make available skilled man-power.
